Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring my vehicle to you for inspection?
No, our field inspectors come to wherever your vehicle is located.
Are your appraisal reports accepted?
Yes! We are recognized by major insurance companies and lending institutions
throughout the state. Please see a list of former and current clients here.
I had an accident and think my car is worth more than the insurance company
is offering. What can I do?
First, read your policy or ask your adjuster directly to see if your policy
provides for you the ability to obtain your own independent
vehicle appraisal in a pre-loss value dispute. If so, contact us,
we'll be happy to review your case with you.
Are you licensed?
No, the state of California does not license vehicle appraisers, but we are certified.
Do you work weekend or after-hour appraisals?
Saturday morning or after hours inspections can be arranged if needed. There
must be adequate daylight for photos.
How long does it take to schedule and get my appraisal report?
Generally, we schedule inspections in less than 24 hours. The length of time
to prepare the report may vary, depending on the complexity of the case
but can usually be completed with 2-3 working days. Special rush orders
can often be accommodated.
